Term 4
Today was a really nice start to the last term of being in Balmain! It was a relatively short day yet I still felt so tired and drained once the day was over. In the morning went on the 634 with Jessica, Patty and Tracy. Usually the 634 is early but it came late today and that meant I couldn't get my daily coffee! Felt so off for the rest of the day.
First period back was History. And we actually did work. Education. Learning. Freedom Ride. Boring. I don't know if I want to do Ancient History or not next year anymore. Maybe after Taster Week I'll have an idea whether I want to drop it or not. But I am certain I want to drop Chemistry for something else. What was I even thinking choose Chemistry?
Assembly was after and it was the usual Welcome Back assembly with the teachers telling us about the forth coming exams and how it will be such a busy term and what not. Found out Chynna finally got a job in the holidays. So happy for her. She's been looking for one forever and it's at a cafe near her house which is nice. Why did I never get a job last year or something. I could have earned more money. There is no way I can get a job next year. I will be way too busy. And working seems tiring but fun at the same time. You get to meet new people and have a work life and I don't know it just seems so much more interesting.
Recess was after assembly and then it was Food Tech. Since this is the last term and it will be such a busy term we get to cook every week!! Starting next week we will be making Lemon Meringue Pie and then Satay Chicken. Looking forward to Lemon Meringue. Meringue Pie is just so gooood. And this term we finally have an excursion. Were going to Sydney Tower Buffet and honestly I'm just looking forward for the desserts..
Last period was Maths and that period was a no no. I really wish we had a different maths teacher because I reckon if we did our class would do so much better. I'm just slowly losing interest in even attempting to do maths but I know I have to do it for next year. It's just the teacher is just so unbelievably shit.
Afterwards was lunch and that was fun. Seriously Robert always has to befriend someone new every week. After lunch was sport but me, Tina, Sandy, Jessica and Esther didn't end up going. We went Birkenhead Point instead and my main aim was to look for a dress for Esther's and Robert's Party on Saturday but that didn't happen. I did get to my a nice belt from Kookai and a present for Esther. Stayed at Birkenhead until 3 and then took the bus back to City. Went with Tina to buy some Haigh's Chocolate for Esther RD and then took the bus to my cousin's office. Did some orders for her make up shop and then went home. The moment I got home I ate a snack and then just dozed off in the living room. At one point I got up and then went to my room and ended up taking a nap. Naps are so good but such a waste of valuable time. And right now I'm deciding whether to watch an episode of Breaking Bad or not. I need to get to Season 5 and watch the finale!!
